The goal is to exceed requirement of local legislation reach the global standards, thereby support clients’ images and sourcing principles.
Clearly demarcated emergency routes and exits, smoke and fire detectors, consciously designed working layouts ensure a safe workplace for workers. As per social compliance and safety requirements, instructions and warning signs are posted in highly visible places, inside the factory in local language (Bangla). Moreover, sage of metal gloves in times of fabric cutting, needle guard in time of sewing and such similar procedures educes significantly work related accidents.
Madany Fashion Wear Limited consciously puts effort to empower woman not only by just recruiting more women in workforce, rather by undertaking some assertive programs to train and promote women in the higher levels.
We subscribe and contribute to medical centre & medical fund for employees. In addition to the above, we have an internal medical unit headed by an MBBS Doctor and a full-time nurse to ensure proper medical facilities and guidelines for our employees. We also provide free medicine to our employees and arrange first aid training for all our workers. First Aid boxes are adequately present on all floors. We also have a child care unit to take care of our employee’s children.

discrimination and exploitation of workers and makes every possible effort to discourage such misconducts. It employs individuals solely on the basis of their qualifications.
The company is very much concerned about access control, physical control, procedural security, personal security and awareness training on all security concerns. All measures are in place to prevent unauthorized or unidentified access to the factory premises.
